Elio Cocorullo

Elio is a registered European Lawyer with the SRA.

Elio has held several executive roles at National Professional Boards and Associations on tax law subjects in Italy. He has also acted as executive for a number of Nation’s and Local Public Institution’s. He has a large portfolio of European clients served by his personal practice in Italy where he is counsel and an expert in Mergers and Acquisitions.

Elio is an expert in Anglo-Italian transactions and European law and can assist clients interests/issues that are outside England and Wales.

During his spare time he enjoys sailing and is a keen chess player.
