After training and qualifying at a large legal 500 firm, Kuldip spent years working at Mishcon de Reya LLP and as a Partner and Head of Department at a large regional commercial practice before founding KB Solicitors and Notary Public in 2018.

Kuldip has a breadth of Company Commercial, Corporate, Property and Business Law experience.

Kuldip advises on a wide range of clients ranging from private individuals to large companies on a variety of matter that includes sale and purchase of companies, including share purchase agreements, commercial and residential property transactions acting for developers as well and landlords and tenants on commercial leases and other commercial matters.

Kuldip is also a Notary Public and can assist with all your notarial requirements.

In his spare time, Kuldip enjoys travelling as well as playing and watching sports.
